デザイン・ウィーク2007、いよいよ開催！

昨年の東京デザイナーズ・ウィークの様子。今年は、「東京デザイナーズ・ウィーク」、「デザイン・タイド」、「デザイン・タッチ」と3つのデザイン・イベントが東京で同時開催！

今年もいよいよ今週31日（水）より、東京中が素敵なデザインで溢れる5日間がやって来ます！2007年度の今回は、「デザイン・タイド」がメイン会場を青山・国立競技場へと移し、神宮外苑で行われる「東京デザイナーズ・ウィーク」との間を行き来しやすくなりました。さらに、今年新たに加わったのは、3月にオープンしたばかりの東京ミッドタウンを舞台に繰り広げられるデザイン・イベント「デザイン・タッチ」。PingMagは、今年もひと足先にデザイン・ウィークを制覇するためのお役立ち情報を紹介します！

その1　今年もまずはプログラムを手に入れる

沢山の展覧会やパーティー情報を得るために、まずはオフィシャル・プログラムを手に入れたいところ。しかし、残念ながら今日の段階ではまだプログラムは配布されてはいない…（水曜までに配布予定）。その代わり、各展示会のフライヤーは青山のCibone、六本木スーパーデラックスなど、渋谷、青山、原宿エリアのお洒落なファニチャー・ショップやデザインウィーク関連の会場などで入手可能。

今年のオフィシャル・プログラムは、開催初日の水曜までに配布予定。

その2　開催前夜にデザイン談義で盛り上がる

デザインウィーク期間は、世界中から沢山のデザイナー達が集結！開催が待ちきれないアナタは、ひと足先にデザインに対するその熱い情熱を思いっきり吐き出そう！

10月30日（火）
「デザイン・タイド」オープニング＠ 国立競技場（招待客のみ）
「SDLX5周年＆スナック永子2周年」＠ Super Deluxe
（開場：20:00〜、入場料：1000円）

その3　まずはデザイン・タイドから

選りすぐられたデザイナーや企業に、新しいチャンスの場を与える「デザイン・タイド」は、メイン会場が昨年の明治通沿いのビルから青山の国立霞ヶ丘競技場（国立競技場）へと移動。また、今年は内容を計5つのテーマに分け、約50会場にて開催！それでは、その中よりいくつか注目のプロジェクトを紹介しよう。

遊び心たっぷり！「タイド・シンク」

メイン会場で行われるデザイン・プロジェクト。クリエイター達が「PLAY」というメッセージをデザインに詰め込み、遊び心溢れる新たなコミュニケーションを生み出す。参加アーティストは、PingMagでもお馴染みのアレクサンダー・ゲルマン、シャンテル・マーティン、ヒース・ナッシュ、大日本タイポ組合ほか計24組。

ロンドンを拠点に活動するクリエイティブ集団「Abake」も参加！

ハイ・センスなデザインが集う「タイド・エキシビション」＆「タイド・エクステンション」

メイン会場の目玉となる「タイド・エキシビション」、そして青山・原宿・渋谷・六本木・丸の内エリアのショップで行われる「タイド・エクステンション」。今年も世界中から沢山のデザイナーが参加し、プロダクト、インテリア、ファニチャー、アートを中心に様々な作品で東京中を埋め尽くす！参加デザイナーは、マルティ・ギセ、マイケル・ヤング、ヨルゲン・ベイほか。

「タイド・エキシビション」には50組のクリエイターが参加。

今年は「タイド・エクステンション」に丸の内エリアも追加され、丸の内ビル1F「マルキューブ」で「Swedish Style」を開催する。

デザイナーと話しながらお買い物！「タイド・マーケット」

若手デザイナーを中心に約30組が参加する「タイド・マーケット」では、デザイナーから作品を購入することができる。手作りの作品からデザイングッズまで、作り手と直接交流しながらショッピングを楽しめるのは、デザイン・タイドならでは！

昨年より商品数も増える予定のタイド・マーケット。

その4　さらに東京デザイナーズ・ウィークも制覇

今年で22年目を迎える「東京デザイナーズ・ウィーク」のメイン会場はすっかりお馴染みとなった、神宮外苑中央会場。昨年大好評だった「100%デザイン」をはじめ、今年も沢山の注目のイベントが行われる。

メイン会場の入口には、100%デザイン東京のロゴでもある直径3mの「Love Button」が！

今年は照明をテーマにしたブースも登場「100％デザイン・トーキョー」

今年で3回目となる「100％デザイン・トーキョー」は、100人を超えるデザイナーと企業が参加するデザイントレードショー。クリエイティブ・ディレクターにイギリスのマイケル・ヤングを迎え、入口にはなんとセックス・トイで出来たシャンデイアも展示予定！

小さなコンテナを一つずつ訪問「コンテナ・グラウンド」

様々な企業や学校がコンテナ内部で作品を展示するコンテナ展。今年は企業と学校が共同で行う「産学コンテナ」、海外デザイナーによるコンテナも登場！

未来のデザイナーが集う「学生作品展」

国内43校、海外5校が参加する「学生作品展」は、「地球環境に配慮した公園に設置する、ストリートファニチャー」と題し、未来のデザイナー達が自由な発想から生み出したエキサイティングな作品の数々を展示予定。

オシャレ好きなアナタに！「ブリックファング」

ヨーロッパ発のデザイン見本市「ブリックファング」では、ヨーロッパで注目されるブランドのインテリア、ファッション、ジュエリーをデザイナー達自らが来日し展示即売する。昨年は、色とりどりの作品で来場者を楽しませてくれたブリックファング、今年もやっぱり見逃せない！

その5　新しく加わったデザイン・タッチも要チェック

今年から新しく始まる「デザイン・タッチ」は、東京ミッドタウンがメイン会場のデザイン・イベント。各国の大使館が参加し、それぞれの国のデザイン作品を展示するほか、ロス・ラブグローブやアーノート・フィッサーなど様々なゲストによるデザインを楽しむためのカンファレンスも行われる。

その6　期間限定、話題のカフェを訪れる

昨年、大物クリエイター達のプロデュースによるデザインどんぶり、略して「デザ丼」で話題になった神宮外苑のイタリアンレストランSELANが、今年も期間限定でCasa BRUTUS Cafeに変身。そして今回登場するは、なんと「デザパスタ」！展示を堪能した後は、マイケル・ヤング、森田恭通、西沢立衛、熊谷喜八によるデザパスタ、永山祐子による特製デザートを召し上がれ。

その7　連日連夜のお祭り騒ぎに参加する

開催中は展示だけでなく、沢山のイベントやパーティーが開催される。もちろん、そこでは素晴らしいデザイン、デザイナー達との出会いがあなたを待っている…。今年もウコンを沢山飲んで、あちこちに顔を出そう！
