Today we have Uleshka, the editor-in-chief and her little gold dog.

starting together with Takeshi

hm…not that easy!
1. What was your favorite PingMag article?
Oh dear! Way too many to list them….
I very much enjoyed the X-color: Graffiti in Mito exhibition, because that finally shows how good Japanese Graffiti has become.
I also loved the seminar by Taku Satoh, because he is a really serious Graphic Designer, but has such a nice laugh, that you can take all the seriousness so easily.
Then I must say that apart from all the amazing things that happened during Tokyo Designer’s Week at Super Deluxe, one of my favorite quirky underground events that happened there was the Tanaami Psycho Experience.
And then I must say, that my most recent hero is probably really Thomas Heatherwick. What a genius, with bags of creativity, beauty and humor - and at the same time remaining an incredibly kind and modest person. Respect in every aspect!

a little red in the face

hah! made it!!!
2. What have you learned (in your job or in your life) this year?
Becoming a team leader, writing, interviewing people, using blog-software, Vipassana meditation, researching quicker, taking better photos, organizing myself better, protecting my happiness, asking the right questions to get permissions for images in the end, promoting and finally: how to fold a patient dog.
3. What is your new year’s resolution?
To be less in the office and more out there meeting people, travel more, connect more and make PingMag super-famous ;-)
4. Plans for the days off?
Yeeeeees! Going back to Germany to surprise my parents and celebrate Christmas with my family. If all works out, I’ll go sledging with my brother and sister over New Year.
5. What do you want Ping to be in the future?
A well known online platform about design and making things - with love!

6. Link to personal page, project or any other comments?!
Thanks to all people who have been supportive in making this project happen! Big hug and thanks to all readers and and extra smile for every comment!
