“Meet the Artist” is how the ICC refers to their artist’s talks - this one was Volume 2 of the “Open Nature” exhibition at the ICC, with Marko Peljhan and Carsten Nicolai. Both impressive artists seemingly working on opposite poles and yet collaborating:
Marko Peljhan, producing massive data with his Macrolab and current, other projects and Carsten Nicolai, reducing information to the most minimal, abstract level.
After the official talk, Carsten made some time for me to talk about “Spray”, his current artpiece at the ICC, “Insen” his latest project with Ryuichi Sakamoto and various other future plans.
